Aga troubles

“I have had to call Mark out twice in the last year to my elderly aga (well over 30 years old now). He's the best engineer I have ever come across - punctual, highly efficient, excellent at explaining to a customer what is wrong and how he is going to resolve it and he leaves no mess whatsoever. Even the equipment he brings in seems to be clean and neat and tidy! He also managed somehow to fit me in almost immediately both times. I would recommend him to anyone.”
