“We have a Rayburn 480AG which uses LPG gas. Many gas engineers when contacted won't touch these as you need special qualifications so we were very pleased to find Mark who is relatively local. Excellent communicator explained in advance what was included in a service, time taken and costs.He turned up on time,with his own rug to keep the floor clean and gave our appliance a full service, including checking outside tank and gas stop-cock. No one had ever checked these before! The Rayburn now fires up immediately rather than after 2-3 tries.Excellent service,good value we will be using again. Thanks Mark”
